1. Defendant A

A. From April 6, 2013 to April 9, 2013, the Defendant operated the “G Gameland” on the first floor of the Daejeon Ptel-gu Daejeon Ptel from April 6, 2013, and from April 02:00, the Defendant: (a) installed 100 game machine at the sea, which is a speculative electronic machine not classified by the Game Rating Board; (b) provided customers with 10,00 won in the game machine; and (c) provided customers with 10,000 won in the game machine; and (d) provided players with betting tickets and distributed points on the game screen; and (e) exchanged the remaining points after deducting 10% in the fee from the points they acquired; and (e) carried on the speculative business using the speculative electronic gaming machine.

B. From May 1, 2013 to June 14:30, 2013, the Defendant operated the “I Gameland” on the second floor of the Daejeon Seosung-gu building: (a) installed 100 GH games in the sea, a speculative electronic gaming machine, which was not classified by the Game Rating Board; (b) allowed the Defendant to perform speculative acts using the said method; and (c) engaged in speculative acts using the speculative electronic gaming machine.

C. From June 17, 2013 to June 17:20, 2013, the Defendant, operating the said I Gameland, installed 100 marine-type electronic gaming machines, which were not classified by the Game Rating Board, and allowed the Defendant to perform speculative acts using the said method, and at the same time, engaged in speculative acts using the speculative electronic gaming machines.
