[2] On May 25, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daejeon High Court, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Jeonju District Court’s Eup branch on July 7, 2015, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Daejeon District Court’s Daejeon District Court on April 6, 2017. 1. On June 2, 2018, at around 20:22, the Defendant: (a) invaded at each of the above stations up to the camping site by the said methods; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s cargo loaded approximately KRW 378,00 in total and approximately KRW 1,260 g of steel waste materials owned by the said victim, and approximately KRW 1,260 g of steel waste materials owned by the said victim, by means of loading them onto the above cargo of the Defendant.

3. On June 3, 2018, around 20:02, the Defendant: (a) invaded at each of the above stations up to the camping site by the said methods; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s cargo onto the Defendant’s trucking trucking 1,290 g of approximately KRW 387,00 in total at the market price of the waste materials of the railroad owned by the said victim, which are the waste materials owned by the said victim, and approximately KRW 1,290 g of other steel materials.

4. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant sought to steals waste materials owned by the said victim, which intruded from each of the above guns around 04:48 up to the open space by the said means, and stored at the open space.
