Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to engage in livestock product storage business shall obtain permission for a branch office of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each workplace, as prescribed by statutes.
Nevertheless, from January 1, 2017 to July 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) installed one freezing warehouse without obtaining permission from the competent authorities; and (b) stored ice, pigs, and pigs, which are imported livestock products purchased through wholesale.
