Defendant

A has no specific occupation, and Defendant B is a company member.

1. The Defendants’ co-offenderd into the factory and stolen high-priced aluminium, scrap metal, etc., and proposed to commit the crime to the Defendant B with the mind of raising living expenses and amusement expenses, and the Defendant B conspired with each other by consenting to the proposal of the Defendant A.

On May 19, 2013, at around 04:30 on May 19, 2013, the Defendants: (a) drive a F1 ton truck; (b) Defendant B entered a factory door opened with the head of the above truck, which was opened in front of the aforementioned factory; (c) stolen the amount of KRW 5,800,000 at the market price of 5,80,000,000, which is in custody in the front of the aforementioned factory, in the cargo column, from that time on September 22, 2013, the Defendants stolen all six times in total as indicated in the list of crimes.
