1. The defendant's compulsory execution against the plaintiff is denied based on the payment order of Seoul Southern District Court 201Hu16501.
Reasons
1. The executive force of the claim should be excluded, inasmuch as the claim against the plaintiff becomes invalid due to the plaintiff's final and conclusive decision of adjudication of bankruptcy and exemption from immunity (2008, 2198) by the Changwon District Court
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
