1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from July 1, 2014 to September 4, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. It shall be as shown in the attached Form stating the cause of the claim;
2. Since the amendment of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the part claiming damages for delay by 20% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims for partial dismissal was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate applied after October 1, 2015 is limited to the said changed statutory interest rate since October 1, 2015.
3. Articles 257(1) and 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment without holding any pleadings.
