2. Night-time theft;

A. Accordingly, the defendant abused the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.

3. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On April 8, 2016, the Defendant intruded the victim H into the said childcare center through the toilet window, which was not corrected in the JJ’s operation of the victim H, which was located in the female water time around 01:03.
