If the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

On March 30, 2018, the Defendant, at around 13:40 on March 30, 2018, was under the lease deposit issue to E, who is an employee of the said office, in the Diplomatic Office located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, the Defendant obstructed the business affairs of the victim’s certified relay relayr office by force, such as: (a) having expressed a personal desire to other customers as “inwardly, this shall be subject to the calculation of tax revenues and expenditures,” and assaulting E, which had taken place outside of the said office, for about 20 minutes, such as assaulting E, etc. of customers who were in the said place, left outside of the said office.
