1. The Defendant: 24% per annum from August 24, 2015 to July 8, 2016, as to KRW 100,000,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 50,000,00.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act:

According to Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act (amended by Act No. 1227, Jul. 15, 2014); Article 2(1) of the Addenda; Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act (Enforcement Decree No. 25376, Jul. 15, 2014); and the Addenda, the maximum interest rate under a contract for monetary lending and lending is 25% per annum. Thus, the part in excess of the Plaintiff’s claim is without merit.
