Judgment by service: The instant lease agreement under Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act appears to have been automatically renewed as the Plaintiff and the Defendant did not express any intent (see subparagraph 7 of the same Article). In such cases, the term of lease is extended for one year from April 30, 2019, which is the expiration date of the original lease agreement, pursuant to Article 10(4) of the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act, and the term of the instant lease agreement expires on April 30, 2020.
