1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 26, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
