However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, etc. (Violation of Information and Communications Network);

A. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant, at his own house located in Daegu Dong-gu B 101 Dong Dong-gu B 1401 Dong-gu, the Defendant: (a) connected to the web page of the victim IP camera ( interneprotocol Camer) manager; (b) entered the ID and password in use without any change, after being set up at the time of manufacture of the camera in the street.

In addition, from April 20, 2017 to June 21, 2017, the Defendant intruded into the web page of the IP camera manager who is unable to identify without legitimate authority over 78 occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1, from April 20, 2017.

B. On April 17, 2017, around 01:05, the Defendant sought to intrude, at the above one’s house, on the web page of the IP camera manager by the aforementioned method, without legitimate authority. However, the victim whose name is unknown failed to obtain the name by changing the password established at the time of manufacturing, thereby failing to do so.

In addition, from April 17, 2017 to April 28, 2017, the Defendant sought to intrude into the web page of the IP camera manager, whose name cannot be known over 340 times without legitimate authority, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 2.

2. On August 29, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (obscenity distribution) posted a picture exposed to women’s lower half and sexual organs to the Twitter account (C) at his house as “D” and allowed people visiting Twitter to view the screen or to capture the screen.

In addition, the Defendant posted 167 photographs, such as attached Table 3, from May 18, 2017, from that time to May 16, 2017, and distributed and openly displayed obscene videos through information and communications networks.
