If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On June 10, 2013, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to the above C by using a black pen on a site which was kept at the Gyeonggi Military Police Station located in the Gyeonggi Military Police Station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 1196.

The statement of the complaint "C, around the end of May 2013, entered into telephone conversations with the complainants by advertising that he/she purchased and sold the NAS 330 lusitur on the Internet's shopping mall, and, on June 4, 2013, there was no fact that C had attempted to sell the vehicle to the defendant or acquired the money by receiving the remainder of 6 million won in cash in the place of the divided sperm station on June 7, 13, 2013, and that C had attempted to bring about the difference after receiving the down payment of KRW 10 million under the vehicle price." Nevertheless, on June 10, 2013, the defendant submitted the above written complaint to the police officer who is unable to know his name at the above police station.

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.
