The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

Although the Defendant received a written notification of the receipt of the trial records by public notice on September 15, 2015, the Defendant did not submit the notification of the receipt of the trial records within the lawful period for submission of the grounds for appeal, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and even if examining the records, it cannot find any grounds for ex officio investigation in the lower judgment. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Articles 361-4(1) and 361-3(1)
