Defendant

A is the actual operator of B Q Q Co., Ltd (hereinafter “B Q”) and BR (hereinafter “BR”) established for the purpose of real estate development and sale.

B is the president of Q QU and the representative director of BR, and Defendant C is the executive director of BR and Defendant D is the business director of BR.

The Defendants determined that “the above BS forests and fields are the instant BS forests and fields,” which are merely a deliberation plan on the overall urban area in Changwon-si, as an opportunity to publish the “basic urban planning for Changwon-si, 2025, 24,816 square meters (the officially announced land is KRW 2,350 per square meter) of the land purchased in the name of the said company that is planning real estate company, and 6,843 square meters of the former BT BU forests and fields (the publicly announced land is KRW 1,150 per square meter), and 6,644 square meters of BTV forests and fields (the publicly announced land is KRW 1,150 per square meter per square meter), and that “the above BTS forests and fields are determined as the “the above BTS forests and fields,” and that “the above BTS forest and field are each of the above forests and fields,” and thus, it can be deemed that the above BS forest and field can be integrated into the sale and purchase price of the land of the above 10% of the land.

‘The purpose of this study is to sell the above forest land to the high-value by teaching them as well as pressure for sexual intercourses, thereby inducing the employees to directly purchase it or sell it to the general public.
