1. As to KRW 20,631,269 and KRW 20,418,849 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from December 30, 2014 to March 6, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff", and "debtor" to be "Defendant. From October 1, 2015 to October 1, 2015, the judgment of deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act). The defendant submitted a written objection against the payment order on March 10, 2015, but did not submit a specific written response to the plaintiff's claim and did not appear on the date of the first pleading.
