However, at the Youngcheon-si Agricultural Technology Center, the Defendants strictly demanded relevant documentary evidence, such as the purchase in the seedlings of registration certificate or the actual purchase in the seedlings of registration certificate, and the cost of installing pipes and props. Defendant B’s Defendant K and the Defendant for a conspiracy with K, and KRW 3,462,00 on the expenditures of seedlings, ornamental trees, and props facilities in collusion with K on May 15, 2013 at the above Yeongdeungpo-si Agricultural Technology Center, the actual operating expenses of which are KRW 7,638,00, or in the same manner as the written in the preceding paragraphs.
