The Defendant, from May 2010 to March 2013, 2013, operated a 'D' comprehensive private teaching institute in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, with the intent to obtain money from the victims who came to know of the parents of the students of the said private teaching institute, and committed the following crimes.

1. Around August 9, 2012, the Defendant against the victim E, at the mutually unlimited-type restaurant located in Ansan-si, Masan-si, the victim E (here, 46 years old), with the awareness that there was a house worth 2.8 billion won at the city in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and return the profits from cash services or card loans to the Plaintiff. On the other hand, the Defendant may reduce the expenses of a son’s private teaching institute. At any time, the Defendant did not know at any time that the collection would be possible, but made a false statement.

However, the defendant did not have any special property, and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to repay the principal and profits even if he borrowed money from the victim because it is difficult for the defendant to take charge of operating expenses, such as the rent of the above private teaching institute and the restaurant operated together at the time, and the monthly salary

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 28.3 million won in cash from the victim, i.e., the victim, and received 29.5 million won in cash from the victim’s seat on August 10, 2012, and acquired 57.8 million won in total from the Defendant’s his/her father G deposit account.

2. On October 24, 2012, the Defendant against the victim H refers to the following: (a) the victim H (the age of 47) at the instant coffee shop in Ansan-gu, Seosan-si; and (b) the victim H (the age of 500,000,000,000,000,000,000 won may be received upon recommendation of the scholarship, if he/she had a private teaching institute that well frights to the southnam-si; and (c) if he/she has registered his/her daughters, he/she reported his/her examination to the third grade of the high school until the third grade of the high school. Three other students already registered in the private teaching institute; and (d) another student already registered his/her enrollment in the private teaching institute; and (d) on October 25, 2012, he/she may receive a scholarship.
