1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Each point of the Annex 1, 2, 3, 6, and 1 among the strata of the building listed in the Annex 1 list.

Reasons

1. Claim on March 6, 2013: (a) a claim for delivery of a building on the ground that a lease agreement (2 million won of lease deposit, KRW 2 million of monthly rent) dated March 6, 2013 was terminated on the ground of overdue rent; and (b) a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent (2.4 million of overdue rent as of March 6, 2015, KRW 3.6 million of overdue rent, and public charges in arrears);

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by publication.
