A. The Plaintiff, D, and E filed a lawsuit against F to register the ownership of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) with the Gwangju District Court 89Gadan28186, as shown in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), and individually, with the sequence as listed in the separate sheet attached thereto, seeking the registration of ownership transfer.

Accordingly, on November 20, 1989, the above court sentenced the judgment of the court below that "F purchased shares from F on December 5, 1987, 1367.16/25 of the real estate of this case, and 1227.84/25 of the price of each of the real estate of this case in total at KRW 7 million," "F shall purchase shares from D, E, and 1367.16/2595 of the real estate of this case, and the plaintiff shall execute the procedure for transfer registration for ownership on December 5, 1987, with respect to shares of 1227.84/25 of the price of each of the real estate of this case" (hereinafter "the judgment of this case"). The judgment of this case became final and conclusive on December 28, 1989.

B. The judgment of this case was completed as the registration date of the Gwangju District Court No. 1173, Jan. 9, 1990, the registration date of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff, D, and E (hereinafter referred to as the “each of the instant real estates”) with the following content as follows, based on the registration date for each of the instant real estate as the certificate for registration.

C. Meanwhile, the establishment registration (the debtor E and the maximum debt amount 40 million won) was completed on January 23, 1992 with respect to the whole equity in the registry of each real estate of this case by the Gwangju District Court No. 2444, which was received on January 23, 1992, with respect to the establishment registration of a neighboring mortgage (the debtor E and the maximum debt amount 40 million won) against the defendant Eul.
