A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Although the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the defendant shared the price with the paper B, and purchased the marijuana and decided to administer it.
1. Crimes committed on February 9, 2019 and February 10, 2019;
A. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant deposited 180,000 won in a bank account (E) in the name of the CC designated by the seller of marijuana on February 15, 2019 with B, and around that time, the Defendant received approximately 1g of marijuana, where the non-resident located in the area of Sungnam-si was located in the vicinity of the chemical area.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana in collusion with B.
B. On February 9, 2019, at around 22:00-24:00 on February 9, 2019, the Defendant smoked with B, in the previous residence of the Defendant in the “Ftel in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si,” with the ftel, the Defendant dices the math of marijuana by inserting the franchis into the pipe with the franchis, attaching the franchis to the pipe. On February 10, 2019, the Defendant continued to smoke the franchis
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B to smoke marijuana.
2. Crimes committed on February 24, 2019 and February 25, 2019;
A. On February 24, 2019, the Defendant deposited 180,000 won in the bank account (E) in the name of the CC designated by the seller of marijuana on February 24, 2019, and then received approximately 17,00 won of the unpaid house located in the source around that time.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana in collusion with B.
B. On February 24, 2019, at around 23:00 to 24:00 on February 24, 2019, the Defendant, along with B, smoked marijuana in the previous residence of the Defendant in the “Ftel,” with B, by inserting the ftel in pipes with the ftel, having the franchising volume of marijuana flowed into pipes. On February 25, 2019, the Defendant continued to smoke in the same way as around February 25, 2019 where the following seal was affixed.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B to smoke marijuana.
