With respect to the above case, this Court's attached Form 1-405 is "attached Form 1-405 in the list of crimes committed on March 13, 2014."
Reasons
Since it is apparent that the attached Form 1-405 was omitted in the above case, it shall be determined as ordered by Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
