【Criminal Facts】
1. On November 14, 2018, around 17:00 on November 14, 2018, the thief, the Defendant: (a) boarded the gas pipeline installed on the wall in front of the guudio Down-gun, Chungcheongnambuk-do; (b) entered into the facility through the window opened in the above guude E, a residence of the victim B; and (c) in a cooling house, approximately KRW 8,000 of the market price owned by the victim, approximately KRW 3,00 of the market price, and approximately KRW 3,000 of the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and stolen the victim's total amount of 11,00 won.
2. On November 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 19:20 on November 15, 2018, 2018, the Defendant entered the victim F in the studio H, which is a residence of the victim F, in the manner described in paragraph (1) and in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); (b) around 19:20 on November 15, 201, entered the victim F, into the said studio H, which is a residence of the victim F; and (c) around 1,500 won in the city’s 1,00 won in the small 1,50 won in the city’s market price, the 1studio, 2,000 in the middle 2,00 in the city’s market price, and one fchi, the market price of which is unknown.

3. On November 18, 2018, around 16:00 on November 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim I into the studio K in the above studio, a residence of the victim I in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); (b) entered the victim I into the said studio K in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); (c) 2 studio in the market price owned by the victim at the said studio; and (d) 400 won in the market price.
