1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 70,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from November 6, 2019 to January 21, 2020; and (b) January 22, 2020.
1. Indication of claim: A claim for a loan that the plaintiff lent to the defendant a sum of KRW 73.9 million from April 25, 2018 to December 24, 2018;
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Partial termination portion: The plaintiff is a person who has received reimbursement of KRW 3.9 million among the principal from the defendant. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the portion of KRW 3.9 million among the principal shall be dismissed, and the remaining principal shall be calculated by calculating damages for delay at the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act, which is not 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, until the judgment is rendered.
