Punishment of the crime
On December 19, 2013, the Defendant driven BM car at a distance of approximately 500 meters from the front of the Seoul Mapo-gu Hong Children Park to the front of the 359 Hong Children Park, Seodae-dong, Seoul, and around 146-9, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.10% of blood alcohol concentration.
