1. The defendant shall pay 45,700,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from May 9, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff", and "debtor" is deemed to be the defendant on February 2, 200. (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act) The defendant only served the original copy of the payment order, submitted a formal written objection, and did not appear on the date of pleading. Therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
