A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who drives a new E New Flasty Aircraft.
On November 14, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.138% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.138%. On November 14, 2013, when the development of the Changwon Mupo-gu in Changwon-si, the Defendant proceeded along the two-lanes of Changpo-ri, one way from the Changpo-ri, if progress is advanced on the surface of Changpo-si.

As a result, the Defendant, by negligence in the above business, committed an injury to the right edge salt, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the above F, suffered two IMB-types, etc. from the victim H (n, 44 years old) who was boarding the above IMB-type passenger vehicle, and went away without immediately stopping the above IMB-type passenger vehicle and taking measures such as providing relief to the victim, etc., even though it damages the above IMB-types car to cover KRW 14,773,650 for the repair cost.
