On May 12, 2013, at around 19:58, the Defendant driven a ESF straw without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle driving license for approximately one kilometer section from the front floor of the wooden apartment in the deaf-gu, Chungcheongnam-si to the front floor of the Agricultural Public Security Center in the same Dong.
