If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On April 4, 2013, at around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) placed 15 tons of soil on the road located in front of the Gyeonggi-gun apartment (around 2.5 meters in width); (b) placed 15 tons of a 3-pump vehicle on the middle of the road; and (c) neglected it until 10:00 on the same day, thereby obstructing the passage of people who want to pass the road.

2. At around 14:30 on the same day, the Defendant left the road by piling up stone on the road and laying up a light rail, and obstructed the traffic of those who want to pass through the road by leaving it by not later than 14:55 on the same day.
