2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.

The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants on each of the pertinent real estate stated in the same list on each contract date as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1. The Plaintiff, on the grounds of termination of the lease agreement as stated in the separate sheet No. 2, expressed its intent to cancel each of the lease agreements concluded with the Defendants

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to deliver each of the relevant real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 to the Plaintiff.
