[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Daejeon District Court on November 29, 2018 on the grounds of an injury, etc., which became final and conclusive on December 7, 2018, and is currently under the suspended sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Special intimidation: (a) from November 2018, the Defendant leased the farm house located in Sejong-si B with the victim C, and the Defendant raised the dog and chickens at the same time; and (b) the said victim C has resided in the same place.

On February 22, 2019, at around 22:16, the Defendant entered the foregoing house located in Sejong City B, and without any justifiable reason, carried the finger (the total length: 38cm, day: 60cm) which is a dangerous object in which he had left the house, while under the influence of alcohol, and stored the said finger in the kitchen, and then put the victim C in the kitchen, and thereby the victim C..
