However, as to the Defendants for one year from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

In order to prevent infectious diseases, the Minister of Health and Welfare, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall take measures to hospitalize or isolate the infected in an appropriate place for a certain period, or take some measures necessary therefor, and no person shall comply with such measures.

Summary of Evidence

1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to the Defendants’ written accusation statement to each of their respective legal statements, to report the investigation of CCTV-cape screen and to report the investigation (to listen to the public health center public official call statement)

The Defendants, on the grounds of sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Act on the Suspension of Execution, received contact from the accurately contacted persons, followed by a public health clinic at the A.M. and received a decision to train the following day. After the public health clinic, the Defendants were notified that they are subject to isolation.
