A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
【Amount of the charge】 The history of the crime
1. Crimes committed on March 5, 2015;
A. At around 14:30 on March 5, 2015, the Defendant committed an assault against the victim by putting the victim’s neck on the top of the residence of the victim D (Taking 28 years of age) located in the wife population C (hereinafter referred to as “the victim”), standing in E and E, and following the victim’s crypting cryping, she was hicking the victim’s neck, she was found at the victim’s house on the second floor, and she was frighted to the victim’s cryping and pushing the victim’s neck by cutting down the victim’s neck on his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
2. Crimes committed on June 22, 2015;
A. A. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F (1) committed an assault against the Victim F at H’s house located in G with the wife population G, on June 14:40, 2015, and committed an assault against the Victim F (M, 69 years of age) who was damaged by the Defendant.

B. On June 22, 2015, around 14:55, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim D
