Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is an employee of the restaurant called "C" in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.
Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on May 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked the said “C” on the front of the said “C” road; (b) so as to avoid the crackdown on illegal parking and stopping, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration license plate by attaching a suspension of water to the “7, the second number of the registration license plate after the said car,” which is the second number of the registration license plate.
