The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

On January 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:30, and driven the road of 587 lanes in front of 587, as in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, along four-lanes from the north-west, to the north-west speed.
