The defendant created and sold Kimyang-Jed Kim, without trade name, B. B. B. 103 Dong 103.

Any person who intends to conduct food sales business shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from January 10, 2017 to July 27, 2018, the Defendant, without reporting general restaurant business from 23 dong B B B 103 to 103, was engaged in a general restaurant business which records the average of 2 to 30,000 won per day after cooking and selling the boomed Kim to the influent customers with one repair unit, one cooling house, one air conditioned packing machine, one disposable packing machine, and the single packing container and container, and the principal method machine.
