However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On June 10, 2016, the Defendant forged private documents at C offices located in Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu-gu, and even though there was no fact that the lessor of the said C office paid KRW 30,000,000 to the lessor of the said C office as security, the Defendant was to obtain a loan from the Reference Savings Bank for the purpose of offering the loan from the Reference Savings Bank as security. On the paper of the contract in the said C office, “Seoul-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu,” “30,000 won (5,000,000)” in the deposit column, “O million won (25,000,000)” in the down payment column, “The Defendant’s name and address at his own discretion, 30,000,000 won (25,000,000)”, “Seoul-gu, Daegu-gu, 201,” the name and address at 13,015,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one chapter of the real estate lease agreement in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On June 15, 2016, the Defendant exercised the said investigation document in a savings bank located in 2421 as of the Daegu Suwon-gu YUPP as to June 15, 2016, as if it were a document that had been duly formed with the signing of a forged real estate lease agreement, as described in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), provided as security a real estate lease agreement amounting to KRW 30,000,000,000, which was forged, with a loan of KRW 30,000 from the Victim’s Savings Bank (hereinafter “victim Company”).

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim company, was given KRW 30,000,00 as a loan for general funds by the victim company.
