However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Although a public duty personnel member is not obliged to leave his service for a total period of at least eight days without justifiable grounds, the defendant left his service without justifiable grounds for a total of seven days from November 19, 2012 to 27 of the same month, and nine days from December 17, 2012 to 31 of the same month.
