1. The Busan District Court by June 8, 2024, which is the expiration date of the term of chonsegwon on the real estate stated in attached Form, shall have jurisdiction over the real estate until June 2, 2014.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is a real estate in the attached Form owned by the plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case"), as stated in the attached Form (1).

(2) On October 27, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff agreed to operate the hospital and agreed to lease deposit KRW 500,000,000 for the said real estate, KRW 20,000 per month for the rent (value added tax, KRW 30,000 for each month) and KRW 120,00 for the lease commencement date for the lease term business (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

(2) The details of the instant lease agreement are as follows.

1. When there is no additional contract extension after the expiration of 120 months of the contract term, the lessee shall remove the pure interior works excluding the modified structure to the extent desired by the lessor after consultation with the lessor.

Article 6. The lessor does not alter the lease term during the lease term.

Accordingly, the lessee shall pay 10% of the hospital operating income during the lease period from 12 months after the date of commencement of the business in a manner desired by the lessor during a monthly or quarterly period or a year period.
