1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 72,96,825 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 6, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)1 and 257 (Judgment without Oral Pleading) of the Civil Procedure Act
3. To reflect changes in the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits;
