Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2016 Highest 1338" is a person who was living together with C.
1. The Defendant received, from C, from October 22, 2015, 19:19 to October 19, 2015, 17 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes, and by using the credit card in the same manner, the sum of the market prices owned by the victims, using the credit card in the same name as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes.
Accordingly, in collusion with C, the defendant, by deceiving victims, acquired property from victims and used credit cards lost by others.
The Defendant, around 14:30 on June 25, 2016, the 2016 Highest 1700, the Defendant, from the time of the foregoing day to July 9, 2016, had two dives of 6,00 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession in the display stand in J Mart operated by the victim I of the damage from the Ha, the Hahn-gun, the Hah-gun, and used two dives of dives of 6,00 won at the display stand.
