야간방실침입절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2013 Highest 1858”, was working at the D factory located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, from April 15, 2011 to August 17, 2012; from August 23, 2012 to February 28, 2013, and is currently working in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government E Eth.
1. Larceny;
A. On May 2012, the Defendant opened a carnet used by the victim G within the Seocho-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Women’s Do Factory D Factory Desertion, and stolen the victim’s property by taking out the amount equivalent to KRW 150,000 in cash inside the set room.
B. On January 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a set of nets used by the Victim H in the aforesaid D-factory female escape room; and (b) removed the cash amounting to KRW 12,000 in said room, thereby thefting the victim’s property.
C. On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a set of 105,000 won in cash used by the victim I within the said D plant female escape room; and (b) cut off the victim’s property.
On February 15, 2013, the Defendant opened a carnet used by the VictimJ and took money equivalent to 50,000 won in the above D Factory Women's Desertion and stolen the property of the victim.
E. On February 16, 2013, the Defendant, within the said D Factory Women’s Desertion room, opened a ganet used by the Victim J and removed cash equivalent to KRW 30,000 in said room, thereby thefting the victim’s property.
F. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant opened a carnet used by the Victim K within the said D Factory Women’s Desertion room and cut off the cash amounting to KRW 60,000 in said room, thereby thefting the victim’s property.
2. On April 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the aforementioned D factory on a night basis; (b) intruded into the said factory female escape room to steals articles located in the female escape room; (c) took 110,000 won in cash from the wall inside the said glnet; and (d) took glurnets used by the victim I on a yearly basis; and (c) took glurnets used by the victim G.
