1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

4 The term “Plaintiff” in the “justifiable Calculation sheet of Sales Price” means the “Plaintiff.”

Reasons

1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation on this part is as follows, and this part of the basic facts is the same as the entry in the “basic facts” under Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for the dismissal or addition of some contents as follows.

[Supplementary or additional parts] The 2nd to 17th of the judgment of the first instance court “A.” are as follows.

A. The defendant is the project implementer of the Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Project (hereinafter "the Project in this case") in the south-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Dong-si, Si-si, and Dong-si, Dong-si, and Dong-si, and distribution area, and the plaintiffs and the plaintiff's succeeding intervenors (hereinafter "the plaintiffs") in the attached Table 3 "Form-Out Contract" in the "Form-Out Table of Calculation of Sale Price for the plaintiffs and the plaintiff's succeeding intervenors" (hereinafter "Form 3 Calculation Table") shall be as shown in the attached Table 3, such as the "Form-Out Contract" in the "Form-Out Table of Calculation of Sale Price for the plaintiffs and the plaintiff's succeeding intervenors", or the successor to the rights and obligations after purchasing the right and obligations from each purchaser of the land in the above zone.

The 3rd decision of the first instance court and the 10th decision of the 11st "D." are as follows.

D. Pursuant to Article 17 of the established rules on the establishment and enforcement of relocation measures (hereinafter “established rules on relocation measures”), the Defendant shall pay an amount equivalent to 70% of the amount calculated by multiplying the development cost of the housing site by the ratification rate in consideration of the locational conditions of the housing site.
