A Imprisonment of 1 year and 2 months, Defendant C, D, E, F, G, and H are punished by imprisonment of 10 months, respectively.

[Defendant A’s criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court on January 30, 2015, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated at the Daegu Detention House on May 7, 2015.

[2] Defendant A is a person engaged in the sales business of 1 ton cargo vehicles at the Gu, Daegu, and Defendant B is a person engaged in the wholesale and retail business at the K, G, Daegu, and Defendant C, D, E, F, G, and H are foreigners of Vietnam, who entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa on March 8, 2017.

1. No defendant A or B shall move or arrange to move a person who has not obtained permission for extension of sojourn area after entering the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for the Republic of Korea without a visa;

On February 20, 2017, the Defendants: (a) enter the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa; (b) enter the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa; (c) illegally move Vietnam to the land of the Republic of Korea; and (d) receive brokerage fees equivalent to US$ 12,000 per person in return for the expenses and mediation; (c) transfer Vietnam to Vietnam in the Republic of Korea after receiving brokerage fees; (d) transfer the payment of brokerage fees received from M to L in the Republic of Korea; and (e) transfer the payment of brokerage fees received from M to L in the Republic of Korea; and (e) transfer the payment of brokerage fees to L in the Republic of Korea; and (e) transfer the payment of brokerage fees to L in the Republic of Korea; and (e) contact and coordinate with M; and (e) Defendant B accompanied and guide the payment to the airport via the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province; and (e) Defendant A submitted to the International Immigration Office for entry inspection to the Republic of Korea by the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea.
