1. The Defendant is based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on January 3, 2019 with respect to the Plaintiff on the 56 square meters of B-road at racing.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. It is fair to bear the litigation costs in consideration of various circumstances, including the fact that the Plaintiff, as a local government, was incorporated into the road the real estate recorded in the order prior to several hundred and twenty years, but the registration was not completed up until now, etc.
