The Defendant, along with so-called “C, etc.”, thought another person’s passbook, etc. to be lent to a third person for the purpose of using it for fraud, and, if the head of passbook and e-mail card lender sent the passbook and e-mail card through Kwikset Service, the Defendant received it and sent it to C, and expressed his intent to commit the Internet fraud using

1. Violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act;

C. On February 10, 2015, in collusion with C, the Defendant promised from Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I to pay KRW 30,000 per day to J, and received a loan of the means of access by promising to deliver a passbook under J’s name to K.

The Defendant, in collusion with those with C and L, posted a letter and photograph stating, “I will sell a arche in a mobile phone store.” On February 10, 2015, the Defendant said that “I will immediately deliver the arche immediately when I transfer KRW 750,000 to the victim M who sent 7.5 million.”

However, even if the defendant receives 750,000 won from the victim, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the her plaque.

Nevertheless, the defendant is the victim as above.
