A and C shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Defendant

A is the head of the second managing body, the second managing body, the second managing body, the defendant B is the general secretary of the above managing body, and the defendant C is the representative of the (State)G industry who entered into a contract with the defendant A for the management of the building.

1. Defendant C

A. At around 09:00 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant, in collaboration with K and L, opened a locks equivalent to KRW 100,00,00 at the market price installed at the entrance and exit door to the eight-story management office managed by the victim of the above F building.

B. On July 6, 2013, at around 07:51, the Defendant removed CCTV cameras equivalent to KRW 1,000,000 at the market price, which the said victim installed in a tent, in his/her hand and damaged it.

C. On July 7, 2013, the Defendant, in collaboration with K, opened the amount equivalent to KRW 700,000 at the market price of the entrance of the management office closed by the victim using one name, etc. at the above 8th floor management office around July 19, 2013, and damaged it, and intruded into the door.

2. Defendant A and B jointly destroyed and damaged the notice box posted to the residents from the elevator of the above F building around 13:51 on June 27, 2013, and from the I operated by the said victim, the notice box posted to the residents was removed.

3. On July 8, 2013, Defendant A, jointly with K, L, and M, went into the management office of the 8th floor above around 13:30 on July 8, 2013, and went into the body even if the employees of the victim were in front of the door to prevent the victim from entering the office.
