On August 19, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.063% of blood alcohol concentration at around 05:52, the Defendant driven a vehicle for riding Bone Starex at the section of about 5 km from the street 1129, Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the street 1253-7, Dong-dong.
