On November 21, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Daegu District Court on November 21, 2006. On October 23, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime in the resident support of the Daegu District Court.

Criminal facts

On November 26, 2020, the Defendant driven a e-brupt motor vehicle at approximately 150 meters from the Do located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to the front road of the "D Hospital" located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, under the influence of alcohol content 0.034% during blood transfusion around 21:30.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.
