[Criminal Power] On August 27, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging Private Document at the Daegu District Court on September 4, 2019 and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 4, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the forgery of private documents and the uttering of the perjury document as if he/she were duly authorized by E, such as “C in Daegu-gu, Seogu; and (b) D, the representative of C, known to the general public, to “I Bank, J,” and “E” to enter the instant mobile phone; (c) as if he/she had been duly authorized by E to open the mobile phone; and (d) submitted to D the aforementioned mobile phone application form without authority to “E”, “F”, “resident number column,” “F,” and “F” column, “F G apartment H”, and “FF” column, stating that “E” was “E” in the “E” column, and forged the said mobile phone application form with signature of E; and (d) submitted the aforementioned mobile phone application form to D to the said person as if he/she had been duly formed as if he/she had been forged.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for mobile phone entry in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and used a forged private document.

2. The Defendant, as in the foregoing, opened a mobile phone in the name of E, such as the electronic records, etc., and thought that he had been in custody with an authorized certificate in the name of E, was used for lending in the name of E.

On July 18, 2019, the Defendant had access to the website of K company using a computer in the Daegu-gu G apartment H, Daegu-gu, his residence, and then had access to the credit loan page by using the authorized certificate in the name of E and without authority to enter the lending location, the “E”, the “resident number” column, the “M”, the “M” column, and the “loan amount” column.
